Why is the website actually free?

I design and build it first, on my own time. If you don't love it, you owe me nothing. If you do, you cover the running costs — that's how I get paid.

What do the "running costs" cover?

Hosting, security, backups and basic support. SEO, ad management and missed call text-back are separate, optional add-ons priced clearly upfront — nothing is bundled in without you knowing.

What does the SEO service actually include?

On-page SEO (titles, headings, page speed), local search setup, and hands-on management of your Google Business Profile — the listing that shows up on Google Maps and in local search results. I also build in AEO (AI engine optimisation), so your business is set up to be found by AI tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews, not just traditional search.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No fixed-term contracts. You can pause or cancel hosting, SEO, ads or missed call text-back at any time — I'd rather earn your business every month than lock you into one.

Can I edit the site myself once it's live?

Yes. You get access to a simple content editor for text, prices and photos. If you'd rather not touch it, message me and I'll make the change for you.

How does missed call text-back know what to say?

I set it up with your services and a few simple questions to ask each caller. You see every conversation as it happens, and can jump in and reply yourself at any point.

How long does a website take to build?
