Do I need a new website?

No. Essentials works with the website you already have, or none at all. If you'd like a new one, the Growth Bundle (£200 a month) includes a free website, local SEO and one central app.

Is it allowed to ask every customer for a review?

Yes. Google welcomes review requests as long as you ask everyone and don't offer anything in return. It's set up that way, so every review is genuine.

Who writes the review replies?

Replies are written automatically in your business's voice and tailored to each review. You can see every one, and change or write your own whenever you like.

Do I keep ownership of my Google profile?

Yes, always. You add me as a manager and stay the owner. If you leave, you just remove me.

Is there a contract?

No. Essentials is monthly with no minimum term, so you can cancel any time.
